SHIPPING / DELIVERY

If your product is not on back order but in stock at our warehouse, we endeavor to ship by the close of business the next day.  For orders placed before 9am, we endeavor to ship same day.

Items on Back Order

If an item is on backorder, we still stock the item but stock has been purchased and is inbound from our suppliers.  If it is out of stock, we have not purchased replacement inbound stock.

Items on Back Order typically have a 2 to 3 week delivery time as they are in transit from our overseas supplier and still need to clear customs.
